Smooching Strawberries

Ingredients:
- 6 Strawberries
- 1/2 cup pink candy melts, melted
- 1/4 cup black royal icing
- 3 red chocolate heart candies
- 1 Box Golden Oreos
- 1 Pack Strawberry Wafers
- 1/2 cup Red Buttercream
Directions:
- Dip the strawberries in melted pink candy melts, and stick together in pairs.
- Place a chocolate heart in the middle of each pair, and use the black icing to draw eyes and arms.
- Pulse the Oreo cookies and strawberry wafers in a food processor.
- In a small bowl, add crushed cookies to fill halfway, cover with a layer of red buttercream, and top with more cookies.
- Add the strawberries to finish, and enjoy!

Stamped Heart Roll

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup, plus ½ cup All-Purpose Flour, divided
- 6 eggs, plus 2 egg whites, divided
- ¼ cup Butter, softened
- Red and pink food coloring
- ¾ cup + 2 ½ Tbsp Sugar
- 5 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Ganache
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, the 2 egg whites, and butter. Divide into three bowls and add different shades of red food coloring to each. Transfer to pastry bags.
- Print your desired design onto a sheet of paper. Place the paper on a lipped baking tray, and cover with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Using the batter from the previous step, trace the design in different colors, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, beat the remaining eggs, all of the sugar, and a few drops of pink food coloring for 8 minutes.
- Sift remaining 1 ½ cup flour and cornstarch. Add it to the egg mixture, and fold gently with a spatula to combine.
- Pour the mixture over your chilled design, and bake for 12 minutes.
- Unmold the cake while still slightly warm. Cover with white chocolate ganache.
- Use the mat or paper to carefully roll the cake, and decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.

- 1 box Pizza Dough mix
- 1/2 cup Beet Juice
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- Handful fresh basil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, mix the pizza dough with beet juice. Knead, and shape into a heart. Roll the outer edge up slightly to create a crust.
- Spread pizza sauce to cover the dough, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the dough is cooked through.
- Top with cherry tomatoes and basil, and enjoy!

X's & O's Crispy Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 up Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 3 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cup Pink Buttercream
- Sprinkles
- Heart-shaped Chocolates
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the marshmallows and butter. Add the Rice Krispies and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a tray and let it cool.
- When set, shape the Krispies into two Xs and two Os.
- To assemble the cake, take one letter, pipe a layer of buttercream on it, then sandwich the matching letter on top. Finish both with a final layer of buttercream.
- Decorate with sprinkles and chocolates, and enjoy!

Wavy Ombré Crepe Cake

- 2 cups Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- 6 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 cup White Buttercream
- 1/2 cup Red Buttercream
- Sprinkles
Directions:
- Mix together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- Divide into three bowls and add red, pink, and white food coloring to each.
- In a medium pan over medium-low heat, cook crepes of each color.
- Trim the crepes into rectangular shapes.
- Place the first crepe on the serving dish, and pipe horizontal lines with the white buttercream.
- Place another crepe on the buttercream and repeat the process, reversing the lines. Use a rod or the handle of a wooden spoon to press each layer down into waves.
