Instructions

  • Make the salami roses by using a narrow wine glass for the larger rose. Create the first row by folding 1 piece of salami over the glass then add 2 other pieces to cover the whole rim. Add additional layers of salami all around the rim by adding about 15 more pieces. Flip the glass upside-down onto the board where you want to place your rose. Lightly hold the edge of the rose and wiggle the glass back allowing it to fall in place. Repeat the same steps to make two smaller roses using a shot glass with 9 pieces of salami each.

  • Use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts from the mozzarella slices.

  • Place the brie wheel toward the center of the board. You can leave it whole, wedges into the wheel, or cut a heart into the top and fill the space with raspberry jam.

  • Add crackers to the board arranging them from one corner to the other diagonally around the roses and brie. Add the prosciutto and cheeses around the roses and brie. I like to make the mozzarella hearts can be seen easily.

  • Place some strawberries in one corner of the board and the raspberries in the opposite corner.

  • Arrange the pretzels, chocolate hearts, and Hershey kisses around the board. Lay the Pocky sticks in 2-3 bundles around the board (it's oaky if they're laying over other items). Fill in any gaps with the cinnamon heart candies.
