The ship is looking very tired now and would benefit from a major refurbishment especially the air conditioning.All of the staff were very good and helpful.The menu was monotonous and we became bored of it very quickly in the buffet area on deck 9 and was probably aimed at targeting a more advanced in age person - Im sure that there is no need for a roast dinner for Lunch and Dinner 7 days

From start to finish one of the best cruises we have been on. First time on Princess and impressed. Arrived at Southampton around 1100, 40 minutes later sat in the bar. All very quick and easy. We booked an aft Suite. Awesome huge balcony wrapping around side of ship. Room for a party. Deck 11 (Baha) so away from any noise. Huge suite with bath and shower. Disappointed beyond words that two port calls were modified to SEA DAYS! Our Ulvik and Faroe Island port calls were cancelled without explanation two days after final payment! This is our fourth cruise with NCL. We started out loving them but trust has become an issue. First of all, they cancelled three ports AFTER final payment was made several months before the cruise. Just got back from an incredible trip on the NCL Getaway- Southampton to Copenhagen!
