Our family of three enjoyed a Haven two-bedroom/two bath suite in a Miami to LA 15-day itinerary in January 2024. Talk about luxury! From start to finish, the Haven is worth the added cost. Lack of food options is impressive. They don’t even have a pizza place. Becomes a food dessert at 9 pm. Only options in a “late night” restaurant include: sauerkraut, chili as a meal, and hot dog. Not even chicken fingers or pizza. Only things will make your gut feel worse than it already does from whatever hospital like food you ate earlier. Large portion of casinos slot machines don’t work

This was our second sailing on The Breakaway. We were disappointed. The main dining rooms all had the same menu each night. So you couldn’t switch to another one since it was the same menu. TLDR; stateroom not cleaned properly, bartender refuses to make a Bushwhacker because “it’s a lot of work,” MDR forgets about us and when they finally get the food out, there is a black hair in it (we are ginger/blonde).
