Our family of three enjoyed a Haven two-bedroom/two bath suite in a Miami to LA 15-day itinerary in January 2024. Talk about luxury! From start to finish, the Haven is worth the added cost. It has its own pool , sun deck, observation lounge, bar lounge and dining room. Save for going to the theater, you never need leave the tranquility of the Haven. Things we liked - the smaller number

We have been on approximately 12-15 cruises in total, those being on NCL, Royal, Carnival and Disney. The Norwegian Jade has been our least favorite. The food in the common dining rooms was below average, very little variety, the taste was poor and the service not that much better. The entertainment was not great. The singing sounded like screaming, the performances in general subpar. The

Overall, the destination was great but the cruise issues and how they were handled were incredibly disappointing. The big issue was our room flooded after we repeated told them we saw water coming from the ceiling and light fixtures. When we were told to leave, our room already had 4" of water. We were told they would take care of it and we waited to be rewarded by a downgraded room and free

Lack of food options is impressive. They don’t even have a pizza place. Becomes a food dessert at 9 pm. Only options in a “late night” restaurant include: sauerkraut, chili as a meal, and hot dog. Not even chicken fingers or pizza. Only things will make your gut feel worse than it already does from whatever hospital like food you ate earlier. Large portion of casinos slot machines don’t work

We had trouble from the start, took us till 4:00 pm to get to the ship even though we paid extra for handicap transportation arranged by ncl. The next complaint I have is with the food, mediocre at best even the specialty restaurants. The next thing is I'm in a wheelchair unable to walk so at dinner we get pigeon holed to certain seating. The handicap stateroom was awesome. Twice I was asked to

On an extremely short notice (5 days), we booked the last available cabin on the Joy for the May 19th sailing out of NYC. Sometimes we cruise for the ship, sometimes we cruise for the ports of call but this time we cruised for the time slot! I’m starting a new job on the 27th so this is the only week that I would be available for a while. I specifically looked for a cruise that departed from a

This was our second sailing on The Breakaway. We were disappointed. The main dining rooms all had the same menu each night. So you couldn’t switch to another one since it was the same menu. The specialty restaurants were excellent. They had only one show at night Burn The Floor for the 1st two nights and then comedians that were ok for the rest of the entertainment. Deal or No Deal is

My husband and I spent our anniversary on the Norwegian Bliss. We cruised 5/18/24-5/25/24 from Seattle Washington to Alaska. The crew members were very nice and helpful. Our stateroom attendant Sagar kept our room very clean and stocked up. The view from our balcony was amazing. We loved everything about the cruise except the bed. We had to take ibuprofen just about every day of our cruise. We

Overall we enjoyed our 7 day cruise on the Bliss. The pros are that the ship is beautiful, the food was very good. We thought the crew and staff were friendly, did a good job on the rooms, and that there were lots of fun things going on all over the boat morning till evening. On the “cons” side for this cruise we thought the times at the destination stops were a little too early and

TLDR; stateroom not cleaned properly, bartender refuses to make a Bushwhacker because “it’s a lot of work,” MDR forgets about us and when they finally get the food out, there is a black hair in it (we are ginger/blonde). No handwashing enforced at buffet. Weird port times with the longest stop being in scammy, nothing-to-see Icy Strait Point. NCL cheaps out and docks 30+ minutes away from town,
